Words genuinely fall short when it comes to praising the hard work and dedication AJAY put towards helping my family and I purchase our home. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jashan is an amazing realtor and the one thing that comes to mind after my experience with him is his amazing customer service. Texts or calls were always answered within minutes of sending them. He brought listings to my attention that suited the needs of my family and my budget as well as showed me properties where I could potentially save money as well. He was very knowledgeable on house viewings and pointed out potential maintenance issues we should investigate. He even toured a few properties for me when I couldn't physically be there. When writing offers he even advised me at what point that I would be overpaying and when I should just walk away which goes to show he's not just in it to make his commission but he really cares about finding you the right home and more importantly for the right price. He also was also very strategic with the how we presented our offer and was good at negotiating which I really worked out favorably for me. Although I've purchased real estate before I've never purchased a house of this size before and Jashan was there to help through every single step and I am very thankful for that. If customer service & honestly is what your looking for then you won't go wrong with Jashan!
