We first met Grant Gardner in 2004 when we were looking for a single family home. He provided excellent guidance and honesty as we searched for our home. After sucessfully purchasing our family home he sold our townhouse. In 2021 we called on him and his team again to sell our home which got multiple offers over asking. This past summer (2024) they helped us purchase of our townhome. Grant and his team were patient, informative, honest and negotiated a fair deal for our purchase.

Nicole helped us purchase a home we couldn't be happier with, and we are beyond grateful for her patience, expertise, and for taking the time to really understand what we were looking for in a home, and guiding us to the best choices. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and we didn't feel hurried to make a decision, but rather we were cautioned by her when an option didn't seem right. Going to showings or open houses with her was incredibly valuable, as she always paid attention to details and taught us what we should be looking for and what kind of questions to ask. To add to all of these, Nicole's delightful personality made all of our interactions with her so very enjoyable! We miss spending time with her, and certainly plan to stay in touch with her and her family once we're done settling down into our new place.

Supporting Nicole in all of her work with us from the office, always lovely and happy to help, Janine was always prompt to send us information about open houses, schedule showings, get more information about the properties, and help us get the paperwork ready.

When Nicole wasn't available, Grant substituted for her, and all throughout the process he gladly used his expertise and vast experience to advise us, help us estimate renovation and/or repair costs, and negotiate a good price.

Grant's team has been helping us since 2018 (almost three years) with our search for a house we like. They worked tirelessly and patiently with us. Whenever there's a need from us, they were always there ready to help us. We requested to view houses several dozen times at least. They never complained and were always there with us. Tikal often had to drive long distance from Burnaby to North Vancouver. But she was always there to greet us with a smile.

Grant team's professionalism is second to none. Grant is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, which helped us a great deal in our decision making. And we're so happy that, with their help, we finally found and purchased our dream house.

One important thing we really like about Grant and his team is their honesty. They never pushed us to make an offer. In fact, a few times, Grant even advised us against making offer to some of the houses we were considering and said "That's not for you". And he gave us the reason why. This kind of honesty, beside their customer oriented hardworking attitude, is the main reason we stayed with them for so long. And I'm sure that we will be working with them again in the future.
