I wanted to try a new product (Prairie Blend) and Ben was kind enough to let me just buy 2 bags instead of the minimum 10. It turned out to be better than the straw that I had been using in my chicken run. The product stays dry longer and I've also started using it in my mini pig's litter box. I placed an order for a pallet and it was delivered promptly by Roger, who made sure that the product is nicely stacked and covered. Really nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Words cannot express how incredibly impressed I am with the amazing service ! When I called on Feb 17, Family Day, I left a voicemail explaining that I needed to get hay and to arrange for the following days pick up.
A few minutes later I received a call saying that though they were closed for the holiday, I could come later in the afternoon !
The hay is beautiful, high quality.

Called to inquire if I could hold some hay via credit card while arranged for a truck and trailer. Didn't expect they would deliver 1hr drive away, but they DID !!
Customer service is nice, but the people at FVHay are in a league of their own! Honestly the nicest people you'll ever meet 🙂

The whole team are knowledgeable, kind, honest, thoughtful and do a great job!! I have dealt with Ben a couple of times now and he has been consistently polite and respectful and has done his best to recommend the most palatable hay for my picky horses!!

I am filled with gratitude after being spoiled by Roger delivering my hay today … not only was the hay stacked perfectly but he also swept up after himself! Amazing!!

I am also thrilled that Ken (who I dealt with for decades at Alderglen Hay Sales) has joined their team.
