Construction workers at it again on a holiday! Today is Boxing day -one of very few times where we get to sleep in and rest- we wake up to these workers drilling and sewing. We filed a formal complaint with the city and we are keeping a log! This is not the first time and pretty sure wont be the last time they break the noise by-law. See you in court unless you behave and start following tge laws. Shame on you.

Pros: it's a place to live, suites are large, maintenance requests typically get resolved within a week but depends on if you have an older or an upgraded suite, great location for shopping, everything you need is within walking distance, TTC right on the sidewalk, 2 levels of underground parking.

Cons: hot water (or water in general) gets turned off on a regularly inconsistent basis, power gets turned off for "routine maintenance or upgrading" during times when it is needed the most (extreme weather temperature highs and lows), elevators regularly break down, parking lot can be a nightmare, inconsiderate neighbors, renovations take FOREVER to complete, little to no security, 1 cleaner per building (I think per building, might be for BOTH).

Im a senior tenant so I have a rent control but I would HATE to pay 2500+ on a suite and have to deal with this stuff. I try not to complain too much but newer tenants should know what they're signing up for!

Lived here from 2010 to 2021, only alright thing in this place was the pool. and it was still dirty, hot water would stop working for a day or two. People kept pulling the alarm at mid night, People blasting rap music all day and night. Drug dealers, fist fights, People smoking weed in stairwells. Lots of cockroaches and mice, bad area. People pissing, spiting, throwing stuff off balcony’s. Used too be alot of People yelling at night in hallways, alot of wannabe gangsters. Elevators would stop working, always police, dirty laundry room, people knocking on doors and running off. Drunk people sleeping in lobby sometimes. If you want and nice and clean environment for you and your children, I dont recommend here.

My phone got stolen and its last location is this building. There is definitely a phone scam operation happening here. Please, please could you return the phone. Management needs to look into this.

Worst building ever roaches bad quality paint dirty laundry so many goons Big space nice view expensive rent management is too slow to help elevators getting jammed regularly and water shout down too for endless repairs. Leaving soon

This building is OLD, full of ROACHES, and elevator car #1 gets you STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR so you have to call the fire department at least once a week because the building management emergency number isn’t answered. Don’t live here.
