I recently had the pleasure of working with Raymond again, and it just confirmed how well he knows the downtown Toronto market. We spent almost a full day together exploring different areas (Junction, along the lake, Liberty Village, Queen West, Waterfront), and he was totally upfront with his opinions—pointing out both the good and not-so-good aspects of each place.

Because Raymond showed me so many properties, I quickly sensed out exactly what I wanted and where. Unfortunately, none of the listings were within my budget. I thought I’d have to wait for new listings to pop up, but Raymond went above and beyond.
