It's been an incredible peace of mind having the TPM team manage my rental properties. The entire TPM team - Ken/Kayla/Carl/Keyvan/Neil are attentive to detail, organized, and have been a great pleasure to work with. I feel very lucky to have them as a property manager and hope to do more work with them in the future. With their depth of experience in the investment property space, I would highly recommend them not only for property management services but also for transactional services such as buying or selling property through their Broadview Ave Group arm.

Thriving Property Management has been assisting with my rental property for a couple years now as I live out of province. Everyone has been outstanding. We are currently working with Kayla and previously worked with Lisa. They provide quick and efficient service. They communicate with the tenants on any issues and send over contractors to conduct repairs as needed. We are very fortunate to have received a recommendation for Thriving Property Management as managing the property from another province would have been stressful and overwhelming for me. They make everything easy peasy for me!

Kayla is a great property manager by way of staying on top of the never-ending operations of real estate administration, repairs, tenant relationships and all the ad-hoc matters that would otherwise cause you heartburns. Ken and his broader team are knowledgeable, down to earth and have thorough systems/structures to take away much of the heavy lifting of being a landlord. Highly recommend.
