BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER. Bought a 11 year old home that was very poorly constructed. From all accounts of trades people contacted many aspects of these homes were not built to code. Brick walls disintegrating having to be rebuilt, firewalls leaking and wood rotting, roofs leaking etc....contacted Jordan Grant ,owner, and he told me we should expect to have some upkeep as house ages! Replacement of walls, in his opinion , is regular upkeep! All we wanted from him was his help to identify where the issues are and how do we repair them. We NEVER asked him to pay for it. He wasn't interested in helping us at all. Be very wary before purchasing and have a thorough home inspection done first.
