One of the best experiences I have ever had with a rental management company. Even though I am in the apartment complex their service is better than the condo building I used to live and own in. Isabelle and Audrey are a joy to work with and so are Jeniffer and Krystal, literally everyone I have come across has been so professional and so helpful. One of the last places that I feel still understands CUSTOMER SERVICE. Such wonderful people, always happy to help as opposed to other places where you feel guilty for asking people to do their job. Any unit issues are dealt with immediately and happily. Even the security staff they hire to man the desks after 5 pm are usually soooo professional and polite and again this is a huge difference from my experience at other buildings in Toronto. Makes sense why they have won SO MANY AWARDS. Honestly I would work for them lol.

I have lived here for close to 8 years and have nothing but good words to say about KG.The building is quiet, clean and well managed. With an on-site maintenance crew, issues and repairs are handled quickly and professionally. And a shout out to Audrey at the front desk who manages all the comings and goings of 3 buildings and never loses her cool.

KG Group manages some of the cleanest, well-maintained, and updated furnishings I’ve been in while living in Toronto. There are loads of amenities from a gym and pool to parking spaces and lockers. As an added benefit, Hampton House boasts Pet Friendly apartments, which means, you’re encouraged to own and cuddle up to one of your furry critters (or in my case, the cutest little budgie).
