Stay VERY far away from the lawyer Anita Verma, her lack of communication and accountability is despicable. My sister went with her to close her first home and it's been a nightmare the whole process it felt that Anita wasn’t putting in any effort to help my sister and a duplicate charge by the builder of $2500 was identified (not by Anita) and brought to her attention. My sister then respectfully explained to Anita that this is what she meant by you not putting in any effort Anita’s response was “ Do not call me anymore only email me” taking absolutely no accountability for her lack of effort. She also was sharing information with others which lawyers aren’t allowed to do I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to my enemy DO NOT GO WITH HER.

Anita is my go to Realtor and Lawyer. She is very knowledgeable, sincere and does a great job in both capacities. I like she offers combine services as a 1 stop shop. I highly recommend her for your next real estate transaction and legal matter.
