I recently bought acreage in Mission, and Landmark Realty and Melonie Sharp were the realtor representing the seller. The experience was not good. I cannot recommend her as a realtor. There was endless back and forth and it took days and weeks to get information we needed as a buyer to make a decision. To this day I have no clue where the sceptic tank is on the property, she never cared to answer questions like that. The house supposedly had connections for a dishwasher ready in the newly renovated kitchen, when there is none in fact. The house was advertised with a laundry chute, it said so all over the internet, when there is in fact none in the house. And a month after we took possession her "FOR SALE" sign is still on our property in the ditch. And despite our efforts to get her to remove it she has not cared to even answer our inquiry. If you want a part time realtor and hockey mom to represent you, feel free to give her a chance. We reckon her services are mediocre at best, on a good day.

Rental inquiry:

Before you can view the rental they will first ask you to do a rental application/credit check due to covid-19 (they want to screen anyone who doesn't pass). The first time they didn't even give us a showing before they gave it to someone else.. Even after filling out the 4 page application. Then they called us back a few weeks later because it reopened, so we set up a viewing for 2 days later. Then she called a few hours before the showing and told us they offered the rental to someone else before we even got to view it. Then proceeded to lie that they set up our viewing while their chosen tenants credit check was in process? (no communication prior). I understand they are a business and want to fill the rental as quickly as possible, but its completely unprofessional to waste our time twice, and call the day of to cancel. Be careful, I would not recommend. This is why we don't rent through property managers.

Tanveer Sidhu is the most unethical unprofessional shrewd person I've ever came across in my life. He founds multiple different ways to keep the client in the dark and fool him for his own personal benefit. He should quit and stop playing with with other people's money and time.

Should be no stars. They booked an appointment and it was a no show. The lady at the desk was rude. Never returned my calls. And im pretty sure I was discriminated against in multiple ways.
