Fantastic experience with this management company. I (Mary) have had 3 different management companies on rental houses I own and none of them can compare to the competence, diligence and attention to the needs of owners and tenants that Royal LePage and Jennifer Anderson provides. For example, I just received my tax accounting package for 2023, with income, expenses and balances laid out in one spread sheet. Behind the sheet were the month to month accounts with invoices attached for all the expenses. In addition, Jennifer takes time to give advice on applicants to rent and checks them out diligently and provides the checks for my approval of the applicant. Superb, delightful experience dealing with this company and from a tenant's perspective, they are heard and repairs and maintenance are done in a timely manner. I recommend them. You will be satisfied.

Jennifer will waste your time. She is highly unprofessional. She sent follow up emails requesting additional documentation to a wrong email to me. I had to follow up with her daily to get a response on my application. She would respond by saying it isn’t a defiante no yet, but could you send me more documents? To which I would follow up with requested documents and references for her to ghost me again. She kept asking for more outrageous personal information each day I reached out to follow up. It started to feel like she was building a profile instead of processing a rental application. She went as far as requesting my previous Reltor information from a home I owned and sold over three years ago. Instead of requesting all needed documentation prior to setting up a viewing Jennifer wasted a week worth of my time playing phone tag and sending emails to wrong addresses forcing me and my small child to spend additional time in hotel accommodations.

I would like to give praise to Jennifer Anderson and The Fraser Valley Home Team for their professionalism and their excellent management of the house I have rented for several years.
From the start, the initial rental process, and my application review. The process was thorough with a welcoming reception to ensure all my needs and questions were answered and met upon moving in.
During the rental, when there was a problem with a broken appliance or a plumbing issue, the matters of concern were addressed timely, resolved efficiently and her team of service technicians were top notch!
Jennifer saw our property through a sale where the owner listed the house with her and sold while I resided there. There was always great communication setting up the showings, of which she was always in attendance, providing me peace of mind and respect for my space. I am fortunate to still be renting, with the new owner carrying on, and with Jennifer signed on as their Property Manager!
I highly recommend Jennifer and her team to anyone looking to have their investment looked after with the utmost consideration and care!

Watch out! If you're a renter and have her representing your landlord, she will do whatever it takes to get your damage deposit. She will not answer emails regarding critical maintenance in a timely fashion. She's quite rude and overall very difficult to deal with. Couldn't imagine using her as a realtor. There's enough said in other one star reviews here that I can confirm are accurate. Good luck!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. To paint a picture. I am 26-year-old women who within the last year and a bit completed their nursing program. I have not had the opportunities to move away from home, afford to live, go to school, AND save money all at once, especially in this economy with how expensive it has become to live in the lower mainland. So, like most students, you stay at home with your parents, work part-time, school full-time and do what you can to balance it all out. My partner and I have agreed that the time is right for us to finally move away from our parents place's. My partner currently rents his parents one bedroom basement suite where he lives with his two children. Since this basement suite isn't big enough for the four of us, we decided to start looking for rentals. I came across a posting from this company for a house that would work perfectly for us. However, I was told that "as a property management company we have strict guidelines and very specific requirements – we do require 2 previous landlord references not including family or friends". So, please explain to me, what is someone like my partner and I meant do to when we're trying to get into the rental market? It's like demanding a new graduate to have work experience when they're just starting in their field and just left school. It's a ridiculous expectation. This is backwards and incredibly upsetting. This company is discriminating us based on the fact we haven't had the opportunities to move out and get these life experiences to even obtain these specific reference's they mention. This company ought to look into changing this policy as it doesn't allow individuals like myself and my partner, who would be great tenants, a chance into the market. This company should be ashamed. I understand the risks involved of renting, PERIOD. Just because someone doesn't have references outside of friends and family absolutely doesn't mean they will be riskier than someone who does.
