Save your time, save your money. Mission walk apartments was initially advertised to dog owners with a "dog run area" and "dog/bike wash room". What we actually got is a dog run area that is no more than a tiny section of fenced gravel and the planned dog/bike wash area was never completed and instead converted to pay for storage lockers, now keep in mind they charge $300 for amenities that are non existant.
That's $300 for amenities that were not only advertised but then replaced with a money grab. The amenity fee is also mandatory.

Since the building was "completed" there have been constant issues with leaks and plumbing that Top Producers (the owners and managers) are in no hurry to deal with.

Expect to pay at least $1500+ for a small box that makes the worst use of the little space it has with most open areas blocked by poorly placed heaters or thermostats. In suite laundry that eliminates the use of the area in front of it by implementing big swing open doors instead of sliding closet doors that are used elsewhere (bedroom closets) that would give more usuable space.

If you have any mobility issues take extra caution as the only elevator for 70+ units is often reserved on an almost weekly basis to accommodate people that are moving in or out.

Don't expect to ever sleep through the night if you choose a south facing unit.
South facing units above the third floor do have a pretty decent view of the valley, however the placement of the building funnels constant train squealing and horns that happen regularly throughout the day and night directly into your apartment (closing all windows and patio doors muffles this significantly, but since you're living in a box, 30 mins of this heats up your apartment).
The building is located a couple blocks up from downtown Mission which makes you close to everything but keep in mind the location is close to the mission library area which means a lot of drug use and unfavorable night traffic.

The management team come off as arrogant and unprofessional and communication is hit and miss.

They also require a unit inspection every 3 months and the inspection team are only available Tuesday and Wednesdays during the day (you know, when most people are working) zero flexibility or consideration for their tenants.

Bottom line: keep looking, not worth the cost and frustrations.
