Hi, I met Tamika about 2 1/2 years ago shortly after I sold my condo. I saw a listing online with her name as the listing agent, so I called and within minutes I received a call back. Told her I was interested in her listing and boom within 1/2 hour I was driving out to that listing to met Tamika and view that property. Very impressed right away with her friendliness on the phone and how quick she called me back. More so how she told me she would get right back to me which she did and said how’s this afternoon work for you. She actually caught me off guard because that was a first for me. Usually it would be 24 hours at least before I would get to view other properties with other realtors. I know it’s mainly up to the owner’s willingness to allow a viewing. It was her natural ability to make you feel comfortable her friendly personality made it very easy and stress free. Tamika has the ability and the confidence to not give up and stay with you, work hard to find you that home your hoping for even when your starting to loose hope. In those times it’s important to know and feel that your realtor isn’t giving up or is showing a lack of confidence that you’ll ever find another home but not this girl. It might have taken 2 years but didn’t give up nor would she let me give up when things looked pretty bad. From the minute I stepped out of my car she was so sweet and very easy to talk to. She was so kind and encouraging when I felt it was never going to happen.. She was so patience and continued showing me whatever place I called her about and never made me feel I was wasting her time. Finally after 2 years I finally found a place and the best part was I also gained a new friend. She answered all my questions and would go the extra mile to get that answer. She’s very smart and knows the restate market and I could not have bought this home without Tamika’s patience and hard work. her personality as well as her knowledge of real-estate, her negotiating skills surpassed my expectations and more. I would recommend Tamika to all my friends and family without a second thought. Actually I have been since after the first day we met.
