My fiancée and I sought out a realtor that had experience with pre-sale condos to guide us and luckily, we found Kelly through a simple online search. Kelly was very fast to respond to our emails and within a few days we all met in person to tour a development we were highly interested in. During the pre-sale purchase, Kelly was quick to reply to our concerns and questions (which there were a lot!) and guide us through the pre-sale agreement details we should be aware of. She helped settle our anxiety and worries about buying a pre-sale property as we recently moved from Toronto where presale developments end in buyers’ losing money or homes never being built. Kelly was exceptionally helpful in obtaining a more favorable deposit structure from the developer and we would not have been able to meet the pre-sale agreement deposit deadlines without Kelly’s help.
