Gerry was amazing to work with. He helped me with all of my beginner questions as a first time home buyer. When a year later I wanted to get out of the deposit made on a prebuild, he was again extremely helpful, even though it meant he would lose the sale. He was honest and always put me first. I'd happily recommend him to anyone in the market.

Gerry is amazing! My ex and I used him to purchase a pre-build condo. It was our first time entering the real estate market. He was super helpful, professional and just an all around great guy. We always felt confident that he had our best interests, even when we ended up not proceeding with this sale ~one year later (due to other factors, not Gerry). Highly recommend!!

Awesome Realtor & Great Guy! I can't say enough about how amazing Gerry Thomasen at 460 Realty has been throughout my search for property in B.C. For starters--knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional, upbeat and fun to work with! I am a first-time buyer who was clueless about the process. Hence, I needed a lot of hand-holding. Gerry answered all my questions in a timely manner and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward on my decisions. His communication style is friendly, honest, and detailed. There were some additional elements to my purchase that were also noteworthy: 1) I was unable to view any property since I live in the U.S. and was prohibited to return home to Canada without quarantine restrictions. 2) I had a modest savings and was limited to what I was comfortable purchasing. Neither of which fazed Gerry. He found creative solutions to any and all issues that arose, and went above and beyond to make my lifelong dream of owning retirement property in B.C. a realty! I feel very fortunate to have had Gerry represent me in my search and final purchase. It is without reservation that I recommend Gerry Thomasen.

Gerry was an excellent realtor to have on your side during these extreme markets. He is fair, transparent, and very thorough.
