Loved every minute of our almost two years there. Nathan and Bill really made the place a home and were always super quick and helpful if we ever had any issues pop up. Beautiful apartments in a great location. Would have loved to have lived there longer if only our Canadian visas hadn't expired.

Great place to live, the management (Bill & Nathan) and neighbours are fantastic. Extremely convenient location, close to multiple walking paths. The gym is incredibly well equipped for it's size and they take very good care of the building.

If you like all your neighbors and building management in your personal business, then The Crest is for you. Homeless addicts are welcome to dig through the dumpster 24 hours a day... well, you're here. Feel free to break into some tenants' pay to park cars.

I have been at The Crest Apartments for just over 2 years and have been totally impressed. The building is clean and very well maintained. The landscaping is pleasing and always looks nice.
Love that children and pets are both welcome here, I don't have any of either but believe they make it feel more like home and not the cold sterile places many apartments are. As well the great decorating of the lobby and other public areas for special occasions such as Easter, Christmas etc. add to that feeling, also the gift draws.
Most of all the management are terrific - professional, helpful, friendly and they deal with any issues quickly and competently. This is altogether a super place to live.

The landlord, Bill, is so kind and competent. Any issues were resolved quickly.
The building itself is cozy and quiet. I almost never heard the humans living upstairs.
If you have a dog, I highly recommend this place. Very dog friendly 🙂

I've just celebrated my 1 year anniversary at The Crest Apartments. I can't believe I still feel like I'm at a timeshare. Very welcoming on-site staff, well cared for, celebrating all holidays with decorations and the landscaping is so well cared for it could win an award. The inside shared areas are as well maintained as the outside. This is my neighbourhood and I will be here for a long time as I have made many new friends. We have a welcoming environment for all ages, babies to seniors, as well as our fur babies.

I live in the Crest apartment. I so enjoy it. We have a lovely entrance all decorated for Christmas. Yes, even though it snowed and they had to do the walkways and sidewalks numerous times a day. Wednesday we are having a Christmas social with prizes, sandwiches, and beverages, all hosted by the management. It is a community neighbourhood, that just happens to be an apartment. All are welcome, young, old, babies, children, dogs, cats, and the occasional bunny. It was the best decision I made to come here.

Great location and an awesome building. *Handicap accessible building - level parking lot with exceptional snow removal and care. This place is fairly newly constructed, meaning it's bright and clean. Nice gym, two elevators, and lots of extra storage to rent if needed. The suites are nice and the on site manager Bill is absolutely top notch. He is a guy who cares and it shows. If you ever have any concerns, he is always there to listen and do his best to resolve the situation. This building has a real sense of community I haven't seen in the other places I've lived. We have raffles, bbq's, pizza nights, etc. all to get to know our neighbors better. It is not the cheapest place you can rent, no doubt. But i feel I get good value here. I can also agree that the road-facing units are noisier, but I definitely don't mind enough to move. I have a beautiful view of the harbor and wouldn't trade it for the bit of noise. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It's majority seniors or working adults but as always, shared housing has all walks of life. Although, the higher rental price itself usually means a good class of neighbors.
