Michael and another man walked in on my wife while she was home alone with no appointment. We rent a suite, and he was allowed to view the upstairs owner's place, and there was no discussion about seeing the downstair tenant suite. Despite this, he used the key to unlock the door to enter downstairs and walked in on my wife, bringing another man inside. Additionally, when encountering my wife, who was obviously taken aback when she got out of bed and saw two men in her kitchen, instead of having an ounce of courtesy and offer to come back, he said "Oh, we'll just be a minute". My wife stood there awkwardly as these two strangers walked around our suite completely unannounced. Extremely unprofessional.

Maybe it's just because we told Michael our son was a realtor in Vancouver and that we wanted him to get a referral fee but I found Michael to be quite arrogant over the phone. Couldn't see giving my business to someone who was matter of fact in his tone and his vibe was off.
