I had the pleasure of working with Clay this summer and not only did he meet but he far exceeded my expectations when it came to searching for my first home. He responds within a couple minutes of sending texts regardless of what day it is or time of day which is perfect if you're like me and stressed out through the entire process. In my case I purchased a condo and Clay was very well informed on how stratas work and was able to explain what everything meant in simple terms. Clay and his team understood what i wanted to accomplish and got it done. In the process of selling 2 properties, it only took a total of 15 days for both properties to have an accepted offer. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Clay Cobbs in finding and purchasing our new home in Nanaimo.Clay is so personable and professional , he really made the experience more fun.We were selling our house in Kelowna at the same time as trying to view homes in Nanaimo. Clay was extremely accommodating with all of the FaceTime viewings. After a month of searching for the right home he found just what we were looking for.When moving day finally arrived Clay was on the job making sure everything was going good on possession day.The back yard was mostly fenced in however there was a section that our three dogs could get through. Clay Cobbs to the rescue! Had a fantastic experience with Clay, who did a marathon series of showings with us in one day. When we decided to look in a completely different town with a completely different property type in mind, he didn't even bat an eye and was happy to start all over with us. We found a great place and he burned the midnight oil with us to close in a breakneck 3 weeks. He knocked it out of the park and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
