I bought lumina condo on 2019. Thind properties is the worst developer I have ever seen. There were tons of deficiency I don't want to repeat. But last knight my unit curtains were falling down, and there are more will falling down you can see on the second picture. Their deficiency team said that warranty has been expired they wont fix it. Great! Nice excuse. It is obviously quality issues. Just do not buy Thind Properties Condo. Too bad for such a good location.

4- 5 year old building in Brentwood, 2351 Beta Ave Burnaby, absolute disaster here burst water pipes no heating/ cooling system working no elevators working.
Be very careful people

Living in Highline @ 6511 Sussex.
1. The blinds are all electric, it may looks cool but you need to charge each of them every other week. Let alone if they went broken
2. Tons of cracks on the wall and celling
3. There are 3 garage gates at the parking lot. I don't know why you need so many gates, and the first 3 levels are designed for commercial used only.
4. They didn't even use the correct circuit-breaker for the washing machine in the first place, we were doing laundry outside for 2 weeks.
5. There is NO single mirror in the parking lot, while there total 8 floors of parking.

6. We don't even have concierge and janitor service now, THIND is not paying strata fee.

The overall quality of the building is unbelievably bad. Please dodge this developer.

Do not buy Thind! A horrible company with horrible employees. Not only are their new buildings full of problems they just ignore you when you try to get them to deal with issues. I have a long list of deficiencies which they are legally obligated to fix and they just ignore my emails week after week without a single response. No working heat or AC for years in some units! They refuse to honor warranties and the strata is going to sue them. The prices of their units are collapsing as word gets out. They deserve to go bankrupt.

They say Thind means quality?They made laugh people all over Vancouver ,Thind is equivalent of "Cheap disaster", unprofessional and not competent at all.They left the building at 1838 Renfrew st.unfinished, owners after 2 years are still waiting for a single simple answer by email that they will never send. Entires sections left unfinished,unpainted, not cleaned,halls all over, electric baseboard and fridge missing in the amenity room, carpet installed on just one ramp of the stairs, the roof is liking in one of the PH unit and the water comes all down the second floor like a cascade, scratched floors that they voluntarily did not add on the pre-inspection so owners cannot claim anything and cheap doors left with no hock or other security feature so easily anyone can enter the building, boilers installed with smaller pipes so they were damaged in less than a year. I also want to mention the disaster they did with plants, not even a couple of months all the trees and plants planted on second floor were all burned and dead, (How the "cheap disaster" answered back? Plants are not covered under the Warranty).There are tons of other issues that I am not going to list because I would need an entire day to do so but I have a suggestions for all the peers around Vancouver.
"I SUGGEST TO THE FUTURE BUYERS TO STAY MILES AWAY FROM "THIND cheap disaster" IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO FIND YOURSELF IN A "CHEAP DISASTER" PLACE FULL OF PROBLEMS AND UNFINISHED ENTIRE SECTIONS.
"For the Real Estate company that helped them selling this shame I will reserve you also a nice review" while you pocket money without even know what is behind this Cheap company called Thind.
STAY AWAY,DO NOT BUY FROM THIND.

For the owner: do not even try to answer back with your pre-made words of "if you have still some issues contact us so we can take a look" because "NO oNE" is going to believe you ,rest assured that whatever we can retrieve through the Warranty we will, until the end. And one more thing,stop asking your peers to write fake review on Google because it is so obvious.

It has been 3 weeks and the AC is not working. The weather has been extremely hot especially the heatwaves which left me sweating in my apartment. 3 weeks and the AC is still not fixed at Highline (building which is still under warranty) Thind Metrotown.
Concierge services have been suspended as the Tribe Management employees are not being paid by the developer that is Thind Properties.
3 weeks with no AC.
Please DO NOT buy or rent the apartments here.
I wish there were an option to rate 0 star.

I deposited to buy condo district northwest 3 years ago. But until now it is still not built and the company has gone bankrupt. I don't know when I will receive the house. The company is so bad.

Low condo fees. Well managed and Very responsive. They came and redid my window washing for me. Love my tinted windows. Bought at Waterfall. Haven’t had issues.
