I used their dry cleaning service and was charged an extra dollar.
However, when I picked up my item, the stain was still clearly visible (photo attached).
There was no explanation or effort to resolve the issue.

The machine-wash items were fine, but I would not recommend their dry cleaning service based on this experience.
