I have had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The property is very well maintained. The staff as well as the residents are all very friendly. The maintenance team is incredibly supportive and prompt. Recently, we had a heating issue and logged it in the system. Virjil from the team ensured it was addressed quickly, coordinating with the necessary technicians and resolving it within a few hours. Their efficiency and professionalism make living here even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

As a long time tenant I can say that the staff and management are excellent and it's been such a nice experience living in Panarama Tower. The pool and garden area is so refreshing in summer, and the sauna and gym are always available. Being centrally located close to shopping and transit makes it so convenient to live in Burnaby. The Metrotown area is a great place to live and Panarama Tower has been our home. Thanks to the management team for all you do everyday to make us feel so welcomed here. Keep up the great work!

I just moved to Panarama tower 1 week ago from another Quadreal building Hazel. This place is in a more convenient location with good value for the money to me. The move in process was very smooth with clear instructions. Thanks to the manager Ms. Daniela, she's very helpful and supportive.

I've had a great experience living here. The property is very well maintained, and the maintenance staff is always polite, responsive, and helpful. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and common areas are kept clean and in excellent condition.

Management does a great job of keeping the property updated and even hosts small community events throughout the year, which is a nice touch.

The location is also super convenient—just a short walk to a school, metro station, grocery store, pharmacy, park, and gas station. Overall, it's a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to live.

The building is just a building, it's a 70s built all-concrete apartment (great for quiet!), with a small pool, weight room, garden boxes, etc. All the normal stuff. It's pretty unremarkable.

But this building has staff, Virgil, Arsalan, Daniela, and even Gabriela who hasn't worked here for over a year (but I still remember) have made living here incredibly easy. Virgil and Arsalan can fix anything, Daniela has never been anything other than polite and direct, a whole crew of friendly and professional people.

I was less than polite during the heat wave a few years ago (fuses kept blowing and overheating) and they handled my cranky self better than I deserve, frankly.

I can see why folks have been living here for 20+ years. This is a 5/5 place to live because of the people working here, who I have been grateful for time and time again.

I’ve been living at Panorama Tower for a couple of years, and overall it’s been a solid experience.

📍 Location:
The building is right near Metrotown, offering fantastic walkability and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and SkyTrain/transit.

🏠 Apartment Quality:
The units feel airy and modern, featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and in-suite balconies with lovely views.

👥 Management & Maintenance:
The building is well-maintained by an exceptional team, (special shoutout to Crina, Virgil, Arsalan, Daniela, and the rest of the team!) are responsive, professional, courteous, and helpful.

🏊 Amenities:
Panorama Tower offers excellent amenities: pool, gym, sauna, badminton court, garden terrace, EV charging stations, and BBQ areas.

I have been living here for a few years, my experience has been great, the units are large and well maintained, I had an issue with the sliding door to the balcony falling off the rails and the maintenance team were able to fix it very quickly and left it better than before.

Just wanted to thank the maintenance team at Panarama for their usual quick response to my 2 maintenance requests. I submitted them in the morning and by 4:30 that same day, my kitchen fluorescent bulbs were replaced and my leaky bathroom faucet fixed. Great job.
