I have worked with Steve since 2012. I purchased a condo in new west with an ex and he was great! Very knowledgeable & eager. Also, always available by phone which I love! We sold the condo when we broke up and Steve was back to help us do this too! We sold quickly and the process was very smooth. Steve always wants what is best for his client. That is clear in how he works. Now, a few years went by and I reached out again but this time to buy a condo alone this time. Steve was happy to hear from me and ready to be put to work. I am not an easy client to manage, I am high stress/emotional yet he manages me & my emotions through these crazy times so well! I could not say more good things about him. I will def use him again in the future. 🙂

Steve has been an amazing realtor to work with! My husband and I have 2 dogs and we also just recently had our baby. So we thought it was time for us to move in to a bigger place. I was skeptical at the beginning when we met him as we were having a hard time selling our place last year - it was in the market for approximately 5 months then.
