I highly recommend Keith to anyone looking to sell their property. He helped me sell my "unique" condo earlier this year. My condo attracted very little buyer interest initially but Keith was extremely dedicated in marketing it and when we eventually found someone who was interested, he did a great job in signing and closing the sale. The condo also had tenants when I sold and Keith was able to liaise with them for showings and also helped manage their departure (including inspections and key handovers) when the buyer asked for the place to be vacant at closing - this saved me a lot of time and stress and I am not sure all real estate agents would take this responsibility on. Keith is very personable and professional and absolutely devoted to helping his clients achieve their goals!
