Me Tony, Jenny and my parents were displaced from our home due to a water break and needed accomodation while repairs were being made. HighStreet Accommodations provided the perfect Unit for us during this time and this was during the last weeks of December. Their place was clean and provided all of the basic neccessities. We have great communication with them especially Sally when have any questions or concerns. We have moved back into our home now after 2 plus months and I am starting to miss the Unit we were in :).

We stayed in one of their apartments for nearly five months while our home was being repaired after some water damage. They were able to accommodate our pets, and the unit was very clean and well appointed with all the basic necessities when we arrived. I stayed in a condo managed by this company from January - June 2024. The staff are incredibly helpful and working with them was a delight. Having been through a stressful home flooding incident, they were exactly the people I needed to settle comfortably in a temporary home.

Any problems that you experience will be communicated quickly between office staff and on-site technicians to get you the assistance you need.

My biggest thanks to Sally (Guest Experience Manager) who always replied promptly and was consistently kind and helpful throughout.
