I truly should have written this review AGES ago as Brittany helped my partner and I buy our first house last spring. And we are so happy we had her on our team. Not only did she help us find a perfect home, she got us THE perfect home… the one I’d had my eyes on for months and was technically no longer on the market (expired) when we were finally ready to make our offer. Well, that didn’t even slow her down and faster than I thought possible, we made our offer and got the house of our dreams.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, experienced realtor I recommend Brittany. Not only does she understand houses but she has background knowledge of structures and could spot thing we didn’t even notice. We lived on the mainland so we relied on Brittany to find us the right new home. After our first meeting with her and her showing us just a few places she had us pegged and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was able to rule out homes we had seen online without us having to travel to the Island. When we booked a full day to go to viewings She took us to house that matched what we were looking for and had our whole day scheduled to a tee and saved us days of work. Then she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us make the sale from across the water. Including booking all our house inspections. We trusted her every step of the way and she ensured the move was easy as possible considering all the issues with moving during Covid 19. I would give her 7 out of 5 stars because she really takes the time to get to know her clients and is quick at getting back to you with all the questions we had (trust me there were a lot!).
