Pet Friendly Apartment.

When I first moved in 3 years ago, the apartment was honestly pretty sketchy to live in. After new management came in, the troublesome tenants were evicted over time, and fewer and fewer uninvited guests and police visits occurred. The new building managers have really put a lot of effort into making this place a better place to live.

That being said, their are still a few flaws. The previous management allowed smokers in the building, which means that almost all the tenants smoke in the building or out on their balcony, which makes it hard to open my windows without the smell of cigarettes flooding my apartment.

Another flaw is that it is right beside a creek, which is fine, but the creek can overflow during heavy rains, which in turn floods the parking lot and the first full floor of the building.

Regardless, being a respectful tenant and neighbour can make this place livable.
