Sarah was recommended by a couple of new found friends here in Campbell River. We just moved here a few months ago and found a couple of other realtors that were good in their own right. I had bought homes before but I had never purchased and lot, picked a house plan, chosen a builder or dealt with a new build/construction mortgage. Sarah advised me, worked with me and kept me informed from our first meeting until I moved in. One of the best things Sarah did was to introduce me to the person who would become my builder. Sarah understood what I wanted and was able to connect me with the builder that was perfect for me. Sarah is very knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate and treats you like a respected friend.

Sarah is the consummate professional. She explains the selling and buying processes (We did both with Sarah). She kept us informed and up to date on each showing. When we had to leave the country, Sarah worked out a plan to ensure that all offers would be sent to us and in fact our house sold while we were out of country. We highly recommend Sarah!
