Got very lucky to have Jackie as our agent. I clicked on a property's selling agent to inquire about it (a Fairfield condo). A few minutes later our phone rang and it was Jackie. We recently bought our first house with the help of Josh Kube. Saying he went above and beyond doesn’t even capture how much he helped us. We spent months looking and because we are moving from the mainland, we didn’t know much about the neighborhoods. He walked us through every neighbourhood and the pros and cons of each area. He did countless virtual tours for us so that we could see houses without coming all the way down each time. Finally we landed on a house that we loved and Josh made the whole process so smooth. He is very trustworthy and has lots of experience with construction so he knows what to look for and what the red flags are. I couldn’t recommend him more.
