Sam has been incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. She genuinely went out of her way and extended her time just to help, even when there were unexpected challenges with the move-in date. Despite that, she remained approachable, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything much less stressful.

Also, the 39 Dobbin Street apartment building is really nice and the unit itself is perfectly done—clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. It's in a great location too, and I’m genuinely excited to move in and call this place home.

I truly appreciate Sam’s support and patience. She made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Thank you again!

He took the time to make sure that the issue we called about was fixed, did a couple other checks to make sure a similar issue wouldn't happen in the future, and made sure to check with me that I was satisfied as well. I am so very happy and impressed with the maintenance team at POMM. Anytime I have an issue they are prompt and efficient. Tonight I came home after a long day and there was an issue in my bathroom and Scott Somerville the maintenance person was here within 10 minutes and had the issue resolved in less than a minute. To him it was a simple fix to me it was an issue I was trying to deal with for over a half hour 😆. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Thanks again!

Having a great experience with POMM for my first apartment. The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels solid.

JH, the leasing agent, was fantastic—always quick to respond, super helpful, and flexible when setting up meetings.

ME (maintenance guy) was great too. He set up my washer and dryer, fixed some plumbing issues, and did it all efficiently and neatly. Really appreciated his work.
