Thank you to Lucy and Nidhi for your assistances. After moving in everything was going well and all items on the Tarion Year End Warranty Report were resolved well and on time. The standard specifications were high and the workmanship was great. If my relatives or friends want to build a new house I will recommend contacting the Starward Homes.

I can’t begin to describe what a awful experience we have had with these builders
so unprofessional and rude don’t care about their work or finishing of the houses at all and houses made with such cheap materials
regarding warranty and repairs post closing, forget it they never show up when they’re supposed to and drag it on for so long
you take the day of and wait and their trades don’t come
and forgot about contacting their rude warranty manager barely hear back from her she ignores all you’re complains and concerns
and tells you they will do somthing and then charges her mind
such a struggle to get anything done
it’s no surprise people backed out of their home sales on their new site in cambridge such a waste of a builder all complains go unanswered no one at all to help I could go on and on but run away if you can very sad. going on second year and still haven’t cleaned the paint and dust of the windows and patio doors which they said they will do

If there is less than one star I would gladly post that. Customer care that doesn't care.
That's what I would give them as a description for the service I'm getting. I have been dealing with Nidhi the worst example of customer service. She doesn't reply to emails and she doesn't call back. I emailed her Friday morning at 11:00 am and gave her till wed and heard nothing from her yet. Just because she doesn’t agree with my point of view she ignored the fact that the walls are cracking and the guy installing screens didn’t show up even though we waited all day for him. The other email on the website does not even work.
One time, when I had a leak in the basement that they ignored and the only way she called me back is when Tarion got involved. The way she handles customers are extremely unprofessional. She said yelling "I don't care, it's not my company" when I said I'm going to post a review about this. Maybe they should hire someone that actually cares. Her tone is always doubting and demeaning or threatening.
The walls are now cracking from the house settling in no one was sent and never was contacted to resolve the issue. The way this townhouse was built you would think it was built 20 years ago. The job is very sloppy and was handed to to me dusty and dirty. I do not recommend this builder to anyone.
