As someone who trusted this brokerage with multiple listings over the years, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and client care. Unfortunately, when I encountered serious concerns with one of their Realtors, I felt that the response from management lacked the accountability and fairness I hoped for.

Rather than addressing the situation objectively, the broker seemed more focused on defending their agent’s reputation than acknowledging a client’s concerns. Despite sharing clear evidence of unprofessional behavior, I was met with a dismissive tone and no sign that any meaningful action would be taken.

This experience has left me questioning the brokerage’s commitment to transparency and client satisfaction. It’s disappointing when a long-standing relationship ends due to a lack of accountability and trust. I have since filed a formal complaint with RECO and will be more cautious in the future when selecting a brokerage to represent my interests.
