I can't believe two weekends ago we signed with RAVI SINANAN as our buying Agent and we have already found a place, made an offer and it has been accepted.
Ravi took us through the process, and at the end of that first meeting produced a list of properties we might be interested in visiting. Of the seven properties, there was one which checked the majority of boxes and after having a second walk-through with Ravi, we made an offer. This Agent is very meticulous in his approach, ensuring we understood the offer being presented. But he didn't stop there; he proved true on his word about have our backs by negotiating with the Seller's Agent to get us the property for the original offer we submitted.
