As a potential buyer I had a terrible experience dealing with One Percent Realty. The seller of the home was using 1% and after sending my deposit into 1% promptly with their instructions, the purchase fell through. Trying to get my deposit money back from 1% was a MAJOR headache and there was a significant delay, causing a delay for me to be able to place a deposit on a different home. Thankfully I found another home that was being represented by a different agency.
