Sean felt like a regular normal guy in an industry that I was convinced was full of individuals capitalizing on and exploiting first-time homebuyers like myself. He was relatable and disarming which really helped to keep me comfortable and settled throughout my home-buying experience. For as much as he was fun to be around, he was even more professional and transparent with myself around every negotiation, every showing, and bidding process. Another thing I appreciated about Sean was that he made me feel like he had my best interest at heart even when it meant more time for him to invest in my home-buying process or another couple of months waiting for an opportunity on the market. Sean never pressured me to bid more on a house, rush with my decision, or otherwise manipulated my naivety with the process to his own benefit. In fact, he often advised me to be patient and to stay within my budget that I had given him. He was accessible and responsive in our communication together. Things really worked out for the best as I purchased my home in the location that I was hoping for and for a much more reasonable price than I could've imagined. I can only speculate but I don't think things would've worked out quite so well with another realtor. One thing I do know for sure is that with Sean they did work out beyond my expectations - I know that I will be going with him in the future.
