We moved to Sawmill Flats in March 2025 and everyone we have met are so friendly
The apartment is beautiful and we love that we do not hear anyone or anything.
Our view is fantastic overlooking the Weir and River.
Lance is a very friendly and informs tenants of any info concerning the buildings and events. He is always friendly and helpful
The Club House has so much to enjoy.

My husband and I recently sold our house and made the wise decision of renting an apartment at sawmill flats. The building is beautiful and the people are absolutely amazing, never met such a friendlier group of people. But what has impressed me the most is the building manager Lance, this man is hands on and really cares about his tenants. He is away on holidays in another country and I just received an email from him regarding something I inquired about before he left, which I told him could definitely wait until he returned. He has been available to us and really cares about his building and tenants. I would highly recommend Sawmill Flats to all my friends and family. Thank you Lance for all you do.

We're quite content, living here in Sawmill Flats. Our apartment is spacious, comfortable, and quiet thanks to the concrete construction. For more outgoing souls, there are interesting activities available; for us introverts, there's peace and privacy -- and either way, there's a sense of welcome. Arnprior is a lovely town, with lots of dining and shopping options, as well as great walking paths and beaches. And those sunsets!!

Sawmill Flats has been a great experience for my parents, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Lance and his team for their support throughout the process. From the very beginning, Lance took the time to show us multiple units and walk through every detail, making what could have been a tough decision so much easier.
The level of care and attention has been outstanding - utilities were handled smoothly, and the unit was move-in ready well in advance. It’s clear that the people running this place genuinely care about the community they’ve built.
Lance, in particular, goes above and beyond. He not only keeps everything running efficiently but also makes an effort to get to know residents personally, which really makes a difference.
I’m confident my parents will love their new home, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming environment.

Living at Sawmill Flats is very enjoyable. The building is very well managed, extremely clean, close to many amenities and at a very good price. We use the Clubhouse for exercising, gatherings, playing games and also the nice exterior terrasse for barbequing,
or contemplating the beautiful view of the river and sunsets. We strongly recommend Sawmill Flats Apartment for people looking for tranquility and peace of mind.

I am new to this complex. I had an issue with my water. I sent a message to Mr. Orr . He responded immediately! Had the water fixed within a few hours! He was constantly in contact with me, updating me throughout the process. I’m thoroughly pleased with his response time and how efficiently everything was done. Impressive!! Looking forward to spending my time here.

We are very happy to live in our "home". The units are self contained with laundry facilities, extra basement secure storage and are designed to maximize creature comfort and privacy. There is no transfer of noise within our unit. This is the perfect living arrangement for us.

If you are looking for a lovely, friendly, and lively community, Sawmill Flats could be for you! There is always something happening at the Club House...music, games, morning coffee get togethers, and many other activities! I love the location...a very short walk will find you in downtown Arnprior, which is a very happening place!!
