I recently worked with Laura from Royal LePage Signature in Weyburn. Laura is the best! I recently bought my first home back in March and Laura made it so easy. She was always available to show me a variety of properties and chat back and fourth. Laura always gave me good advice during my home-buying experience. Without her I don't know if I would have landed my (very sweet) buying price! I was so glad to connect with a realtor who had the same love for old character homes like I do. I would recommend Laura to anyone! I also received a really awesome house warming gift from her. She truly cares about her clients! 12/10 ❤️ THANK-YOU LAURA!

Bree Patterson was not only terrible at responding (which is what I’ve heard from every single person that has tried to deal with her) but also denied me and my kids a chance at one of the properties for whatever reason she believes is okay without knowing anything about me or checking any of my references. I had the money, references and went out of my way to make it easier on her to move in earlier like she was asking. Just for her to ignore me, not even give my references a chance, lie about it being taken and deny me a chance at any other property’s she had “available” after the “taken townhouse”
She knew I had very little time to find a place and dragged me along and didn’t even give me a chance before just straight up denying me. And now that this has been posted I haven’t heard a single good thing about this lady. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Remax sounds awesome though. Or literally ANY OTHER Realtor company 🙂
