We just bought and sold homes with Mary-Anne Kamenka. This firm provided excellent advice on listing our existing home and leading us through the purchase process for our new home. Very knowledgeable of the local market and what is happening and very responsive and helpful in answering questions, repeat visits and getting us access for blinds, closets and furniture orders. Mary Anne and Clare are an amazing Team!
When I asked them to represent me to sell my condo, they maximised the selling opportunity by introducing a stager who advised me how to highlight my property for the best appeal, then they brought in a photographer to take the most appealing pictures for presentation to the public site.
They had sold my condo in 3 days!
When I then asked them again for their help to find me a new home, they accepted the challenge and we purchased my new condo in 1 day despite many other offers on the table.
I appreciate the tremendous effort they put into the success of my real estate needs. They are the best at what they do!
