I am a happy tenant at Maureen Manor.
The place is well maintained. All staff are very nice and kind. They are very diligent in assisting in any problem or questions you may have. Mr Glenn in maitenance and Mr. Amir are very nice persons.
Venny, the CSR at the office, is really a Super Star in assisting on any issue you may have or ask. She is always ready to help in a very diligent manner and with a cheerful smile. My respect and appreciation to this team. I give them 1000 points.

It is the best place ever. It is always clean, maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and courteously. In the office you will meet Manreet and she will help you with any problems you have. I have been here for 14 years and I’m 73 years old and often forget things, when I can’t remember something, she sets me straight. She treats me like her grandma. All of the office staff here has always been great. Overall a great experience, everyone who works here truly cares about tenants and makes them feel safe. The balconies are a great size for planting season in spring. It is a very happy place.

I lived in Maureen Manor for three years and I loved my time there. I had to move because of work, but otherwise I would still be living there. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Amir always had a wonderful attitude and kept the building very clean and Glen made sure that everything was working well.

Absolutely Amazing place and more so Amazing staff i recommend this location. Amir is friendly and respectful he keeps the building super clean and shinny 👍. Glen maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and courteously Amazing 👍

Manreet does super awesome with all Quaries you may have& guides.

I love this building.I have been staying here for around 5 months now and what a great experience it has been. Manreet is the best building manager who treats you like family and never fails to prove that. Amir keeps the building really clean and always greets you when you leave for work in morning. Glenn is always fast to respond to maintenance requests and is so polite. They make a great team and that's the reason me and my roommate decided to just take a transfer to a 2 bed in the same building rather than leaving maureen manor. Boardwalk you are very lucky to have them.

I have been living in this building for almost a year now and it’s been great. The building is always clean. Glen is great on attending to maintenance requests. Office staff is really friendly. Manreet helps with any queries or problems rightaway and is always nice. Overall a good building.
