Sean Curry is the grandson of the deceased owner's house on 46106 Downes Avenue in Chilliwack.

Sean overpriced the rancher and he has reduced the price twice. The rancher has been sitting for over 2 months.

Now, Sean has "New Listing" in the latest price reduction rather than "Reduced" or "New Price".

I emailed Sean about this deceptive practice, but no response.

I steer clear of realtor's who use deception to sell a house. I will also steer clear of Royal LePage if they allow this deceptive practice to continue.
