We have been dealing with Michelle and Rob since 2019 during a visit to the island. For the following year, she kept us abreast of homes and other listings and when we arrived in 2020, she guided us through the various municipalities.
Their knowledge of the market was invaluable and their comfortable, easy manner made a stressful time SO MUCH easier, and we found a LOVELY house and won a bidding "war."
These two are a terrific team!
We are once again on the hunt and Michelle and Rob have been so patient and helpful.

We worked with Michelle Martin and Rob Rolston out of Coldwell Banker Oceanside Real Estate and we could not be happier. They are an amazing team and went above and beyond to help us sell our condo and buy a home. Their knowledge of the Peninsula was invaluable when trying to figure out where we wanted to settle. They were incredible patient and were always available to see a house as soon as it got listed. They also went above and beyond to make sure our Condo looked the best that it could, has printed material available for showings, drummed up interest among colleagues and managed to get it sold within a month while the market is drowning in condos! They are an incredible team and I would definitely use them again! All around great, kind, respectable people!

Michelle Martin and Rob Rolston were incredible—so knowledgeable, and endlessly patient with answering all my questions. They guided us through every step, answered all our questions, and when I just could not get everything done, Michelle pitched in to help me finish the packing.
