Tom was very helpful during our whole listing and moving experience. Our first meeting with him was a "get to know each other" meeting where he also viewed our home, discussed what his service included and an invitation for us to take the time to look at the options. Tom then connected with us a few days later and provided a package with past listings and his recommendation for price. He also went over the expected timeline from dtart to finish.
We had already been impressed with his integrity and presentation that we signed on with him at that time. After that, we went over when we wanted to list and sell, what we needed to get done before showing our home. Tom and his team came and took photos and measurements for the listing. After our home went on the market, it sold in less than a week for over asking price. Tom continued to be available for any questions we had about the whole process. Thank you very much, Tom. I had the opportunity recently to employ Tom Wood as the listing broker for two different properties. One was residential and the other light industrial. The estimates of market value were rational within the context of the market. A marketing plan was developed for each property that focused clearly on the values in the two different property types and markets. These tasks were performed expeditiously.
The results were well within the rational expectations that were presented. Both occurred quickly, due to Tom's diligence, transparency, and honesty in dealing with the other brokers. The financial results were totally acceptable in each case. The closings were clean and quick, the result of Tom performing all of the required marketing tasks. We had a unique home and property but we didn't even have one issue selling with Tom.

Tom has been incredibly supportive throughout the home buying process; always happy to answer whatever questions we had, or point us to who would have the answers when he wasn't sure.

We were a bit nervous about the home buying process, as we were not expecting to be in a position to buy until recently, so having him there to guide us was exactly what we needed.

He was always happy to see listings, encouraging us to go see anything we had any interest in, saying that even if it isn't the right fit, it helps to see a variety to see what's important to you.

We were selling my mother’s house at one of the most difficult times – early November 2023 and heading into the Christmas holiday season. Tom was not only able to sell the house very quickly but made the whole experience relatively easy and smooth. He provided us with services way beyond what is normally offered by other realtors .
Throughout the process Tom was very professional in everything he did. He communicated well and timely and provided us with good advice. He has a great network of contacts who were needed at different times such as tradesmen, a house inspector, photographers, colleague realtors, etc. Everyone who Tom recommended or brought in, did a very good job and we avoided any delays.
For example, the ladies he hired to clean the house before staging did such an exceptional job that I will have them come to do the same in our house.
Tom did an outstanding job staging the house using my mother’s furniture. The final effect both in reality and pictures on the internet was great and very natural. After seeing the listing my husband jokingly said: “the house looks so great, let’s make an offer”
As a result of Tom’s work, the house sold quickly for a price that met our expectations.
