Pretty decent place to live, gym is very nice, and the equipment is new. Save on foods right below, underground parking, new appliances. Pet friendly.

Only issue I have with this place is the parking fees, if parking was free after your one year, it’d be better. Management is pretty nice too!

One of the most poorly run corporate rental conglomerates I have ever lived in. This has nothing to do with management at the building level, it's at HQ. They will sell you the world on viewing the units, but deliver little to none if it. The units are not sound proof as advertised, security is an ongoing issue with malfunctioning entry doors and security gates that do not close, the "mall" portion has security to make sure you don't park for more that 90 minutes, but no security like an actual "mall" or shopping centre would have. To quote a Save-on Foods employee, the parkade is "littered with crackhead" when they arrive at work at 5:00 AM. Units are nice, but upon move out they will try to ding you with everything from not painting (not allowed by RTB), and nail holes in the wall (specifically allowed in the RTB, unless detailed in lease by landlord how they want things hung). They use intimidation and strong arm tactics to force you into signing away your deposit to there list of deficiencies. In one case, I know of a tenant that has been waiting over a month to have their stove repaired. When I complained about my own stove (oven not holding/ maintaining heat) I was told that they would send someone out, but if it was my fault that it was not working I would have to pay for the repairs myself. Overall, at a corporate level, ONNI is a very unscrupulous company, who are only out for their bottom line.
