When I first contacted Meghan to receive local info re price etc I will admit I almost did not “employ” her due to her insistence at completing the forms required by provincial regulations. What a mistake I would have made by not complying.
While I have not been an active house seller over past 50 years( 8transactions) I can honestly state I have never experienced a more professional real estate transaction. From start to conclusion a pleasurable experience.
In addition I respect her follow up information as to aiding customers- current and future- in regards to additional assistance for home needs.
I never met Meghan face to face but will correct that when convenient (and safe).
You should have no concerns in contracting with Meghan.

Meghan was our 'Very Patient' Professional Realtor that took us from Lantzville up to Courtenay - before we finally settled on a 'New Build' property in Parksville. Meghan was forced to stickhandle more than one tricky situation when we sold our house with her, when the other realtor turned out to be less than honest, which resulted in the deal falling through. She was there every step of the way, and was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and brought in a much better deal for us. More importantly, her commitment to honesty made us feel reassured that the buyers of our property would be happy with their purchase as well (which was important to us) while we still got top dollar for our house. We had made the mistake of trying to sell it ourselves on Facebook, thinking we'd save money on a realtor, but she ended up getting us $50,000 more than we were trying to sell it for on Facebook!! This was our first time using Meghan, since our very fave. realtor retired, and we will be using her if we ever need to sell again.

Meghan Walker was not only efficient, she was extremely patient.
