As a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous and knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a house and everything that goes into it but when I met Terri Edmonestone everything became so easy and more important it was fun and enjoyable looking for a place. Terri went so far above and beyond helping me for the whole process ( it took a while lol), never once got annoyed with me and was always so encouraging and upbeat. We finally found the place I was looking for and I bought it! Terri helped me with getting utility info and all sorts of things and when the closing day came she met me at my house with a big gift basket and some gift cards. We still stay in contact as I consider her a friend and as I make changes inside and out she will be one of the first to get the pictures of the renovations. Working with Terri and Mark Barbosa was one of the most important and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in my life because buying a home isn’t easy and is very stressful at times but saying that I would recommend Terri and her colleagues to anyone looking at buying a house.

The gorgeous videos, the photos, drone shots, the entire presentation was exceptional and really couldn't be surpassed. Dealing with a property that was not, by any traditional sense 'cookie cutter' along with a volatile and challenging real estate market - they were able to sell it when others had not. Their attention to detail was remarkable, as not only the physical attributes, but the holistic features were presented as well. They found the perfect buyer simply through a complete understanding of the property and its various attributes.
It took time and effort and they put in the work and got the job done.
They are the gold standard - actually platinum by my experience. Simply the best in a very large field.
