really bad condo management team.My car get 6 big stratch in just 2 months in summer time. After first time the condo manager say we only have the camera for the front building 4 spot which is handicapped parking. So I even install the dam cam front and back by myself. And still after that more stratch happened on the side. When ask the manager again the answer we get is park far away not close to other cars. Lol way too funny the way for slove stupid people hit ur car is don't close to them. Seriously still have people they care how the car looks like outside at least no one want get stratch by others that frequently.

Moved into a filthy apartment. The sinks/bathtub were completely plugged (would not drain) so I had to declog them the very first thing. I believe units are supposed to be painted if a previous tenant was in the unit over 6 months (need to verify with PEI Rentals Act) but it's been a while since this place saw new paint.

Communication is poor. They replaced the siding with no notice (major noise issues), replaced my windows with 2 days notice (a major inconvenience requiring me to defer travel plans). There's big holes in the vinyl flooring, right down to the concrete and the laminate flooring is badly chipped. The (single) dryer was so clogged up that they had to get a professional cleaning service to unclog it, on my repeated complaints that the dryer didn't work.

There's also a constant problem with spiders, to which the building manager said he'd drop off a can of RAID (they're throughout the building)... which he never did.

On the plus side, they have performed maintenance I urgently required, such as replaced leaking faucets and fixed the toilet, in a timely manner, and they have replaced the siding and windows which did make the unit much more comfortable than the previous winter. As I had to move on short notice, the property manager worked with me over a weekend to get things organized, which was very much appreciated.

They are not professional at all. I have been trying to get an apartment from them since last 2 months. Their website is so poor that you cannot even apply online. Everytime I see the newly apartment posting on their website and try to reach them all they have to say is "It is already taken." Then why is there an advertisement online? I tried calling to their office qnd the person on the phone started laughing.

I have been living in Killiam apartment which locates in Stratford for over 4 years. The rental is reasonable. The maintenance is satisfied. Now I am wondering after 5 years rental, if I will continue living here, do I have to move away everything to let Killiam check up the property problem and repair it? Thank you for helping me solve the problem!
