This is a great company with excellent employees. Jim Craig and his boss (MJ) are very nice. We thanks him and his boss and we appreciate them for helping us find the right home. I hope their company always develop and I believe we have chosen a good realtor that is Jim Craig. Our realtor, David Cyrus Macdonald, has truly continued to go above and beyond with helping us find a property. He really has made a strong effort to make sure we have a good sense of exactly what we are getting and of how the real estate process works. He has been so helpful to arrange all the contacts we need in the area (lawyer, home inspector, septic inspector etc) and has invested a great deal of time and effort to ensure that we find a place that suits our needs. He is professional and personable and gets right back to us on our many, many questions. We couldn’t ask for a more helpful person with whom to work!

Kevin Quinn violated my privacy. He posted pictures of my house that displayed my name and my UNDERGARMENTS. He told me they were removed when they were in fact still up on display. His photographer ensured to respect our privacy when it came to other items in the house but my NAME AND UNDERGARMENTS were fair game. He also did an early morning drive by of my house at 745am on a Saturday and stared at me the whole time until he was out of sight and made me feel uncomfortable.

Steve Vos is 100% the reason I have a very bad opinion of Remax. Our agent was also from there and was very helpful and did her best for us, but Steve Vos used every loop hole possible to make the sale difficult and told us the baby barn on the property was included in the price and was a reason the price was as it was (included on a list of updates and renovations), he pushed off the pre closing viewing as far as possible, til the morning of closing, when we arrived he had removed the barn from the property and refused to return it or adjust the price to compensate saying he was “mistaken” when he included it on the list of updates. When we pressed the issue he said he would rather walk away from the sale then honour his word, which would have left us on the hook for several thousand in legal and other fees with nothing to show for it. I would advise anyone looking to buy a home to steer clear of him. He is definitely not someone to trust!
