My husband and I had Sarah Mickel as our realtor and we can’t say enough amazing things about her. She helped us find a way to own our land in a market that we thought was impossible to do so. We came in prepared to buy an older trailer and pay pad rental, but she helped us get a brand new one with land that we own. She helped us through the entire process and when the seller was being difficult, she really went to bat for us. She wasn’t salesy or pushy, she kept it real with us and we both just adore her. Not impressed. How is it that you sign an agreement with an agent to sell your home, yet another agent from the same real estate firm can also sell your house as the buyers agent? Seems to me like they chatted with each other to get the best deal for themselves as they were splitting the commission rather than getting the best deal for the customer. I know it’s the way the real estate law is set up, but seriously, the agency wins either way if BOTH their agents are representing the buyer and the seller. You can’t tell me they don’t talk to each other to make sure they both get some money. Also, unless you live in Arrow Heights or downtown, the agents always try to undersell your house. The offer received was beyond lowball and the agent representing us didn’t do much to fight it. You’re better off selling privately.

We have had the privilege of working with Chris this past month with the selling of our home. Wow. What an experience, there are so many working part to make this happen especially when you need this done to also buy your next home. We cannot say enough about our experience. We had a few bumps along the way but Chris was always there explaining and walking us through each step and making all the necessary calls to "getter done"! He always goes above and beyond and we would highly recommend him if you ever need to buy or sell your home!!
