I would not recommend living in this apartment building. Hallways are very smelly and dirty. Most of the people are great but the landlord lives elsewhere and doesn't care about the standard of living at Venice Place. They were very slow to react at a recent apartment fire and building damage.

The managers are awesome but for them nobody would live here. The owner is nothing more then a slum lord... Its terrible when the owner won't provide simple door glass and a working elevator. Many people who live here are great people..responsible people and some require an elevator due to a handicap or age but the owner refuses to even do that !

As soon as I went into the building I noticed it was in very poor condition. Carpets are disgusting and things are unfinished. I have not heard very good things about the property owner. I would not recommend living in this build due to these poor conditions.

The building is dirty, and in need of major renovations. The elevator is unreliable, and the apartments are small.
