Watch out for fake positive reviews! Sister's unit had poor quality construction and components. Numerous items had to be fixed or replaced after 12 months of occupancy. For instance an off brand built in murphy bed had a leg broken after 12 months of occupancy. Replacement parts are unavailable. Had a replacement part made and needed it installed. Their installer would only come when enough things needed to be fixed at the building. They also charged a 75$ fee to show up as well as the hours for both people to drive there. We can only presume that every one else on this trip was being billed the same. Also would not provide a time for installer to show up. Ended up being billed 500$ for a five minute adjustment.

I bought a two bedroom condo at Prime o the Plaza and as expected there were a number of deficiencies. Most were minor and I sorted them out myself or lived with them. There were three other deficiencies that I wanted the development team to address and was shocked when I received and email stating that they would not address these deficiencies as they were not noted on the walkthrough. Even worse, there was one major deficiency that WAS reported on the walk through, would also not be addressed. I will explain.
We have wooden kitchen panels covering the cupboards and fridge/freezer. There were several different panel batches used resulting in an ugly chequer board affect. I was told that over a period of 12 months, the panels will all become the same colour through oxidisation! I know, preposterous! They are not slightly different, they are completely different. Light wood, dark wood and a few of different hues in-between. After I wait 12 months there will be no warranty remaining BTW.

For interest the other two deficiencies were a fold down panel bed that was incorrectly installed and is now unusable and a pair of closet doors that won't close.

Very disappointed with the developer and the lack of empathy. Still, profits are what count, not quality!
I will update if there is any change in this situation.
