As a first time home buyer, I was very intimidated by the process. Carl helped me narrow the search down, and gave me useful information about listings that may work for me without being pushy.

He worked on my schedule, and we were always able to see multiple houses at a time. I finally found a house that suited my needs and price range. Carl is a complete professional, and he understands and listens to what your looking for. He answers every question, you have quickly and effectively and best of all he is prompt on everything.
